Marine, Underwater and Onshore Concrete Services

At Corporativo Costa Afuera (COCOA) we execute concrete pours in marine and onshore environments for ports, wharves, offshore platforms, slabs and auxiliary structures. We work with hydraulic ready-mix, reinforced and underwater concrete, including controlled pumping and vibrated pours in coastal zones. All designs follow project specification and quality control procedures.

Underwater Concrete

Sub-sea pours for piles, caps, bottom slabs and re-foundation work on wharves and offshore platforms. Tremie method and verifiable procedures.

Port Marine Concrete

Pours in tidal and splash zones for wharves, fenders, curbs and deck slabs at commercial, fishing and tourism ports.

Reinforced Concrete 200 to 350 kg/cm²

Structural concrete documented in real quotations at 200, 250, 300 and 350 kg/cm² per project design and with reinforcing steel prepared on site.

Hydraulic and Ready-Mix

Hydraulic concrete produced at our own plant and coordination with external ready-mix suppliers when volume or site logistics require it.

Pumping and Bucket Pours

Supply and operation of pumping equipment, buckets and tremie. Pours from platform or from barge when the work front is on water.

Onshore Concrete Works

Foundations, walls, curbs, sidewalks and auxiliary structures. Hydraulic concrete from 150 kg/cm² for civil work complementary to port projects.

40+ YEARS OF VERIFIABLE EXPERIENCE

Marine concrete with technical heritage from the origins of professional diving in Mexico

Founded by Eng. Ricardo Vazquez Adame, a pioneer of Mexican subsea engineering. In 1979 he led the operations that trained the first 15 professional commercial divers in Mexico. That technical root underpins every underwater pour and every port project we execute at COCOA today.
