Port Slab and Deck Rehabilitation

At Corporativo Costa Afuera (COCOA) we execute comprehensive rehabilitation and replacement of deck slabs on wharves, offshore platforms and port works. Controlled demolition, removal of corroded steel, new reinforcement, formwork and structural concrete pours per specification.

Deck Slab Replacement

Removal and new pouring of deck slabs on wharves and berths, with 250 to 350 kg/cm2 concrete per project.

Structural Rehabilitation

Reinforcement of existing slabs with additional steel and repair concrete to extend service life without replacing the full section.

Controlled Demolition

Selective demolition by cutting, hydrodemolition or manual chipping, minimizing impact on the sound structure.

Steel Reinforcement

Preparation and placement of new reinforcing steel, with anticorrosive coating when exposure requires it.
