CVI

Close Visual Inspection

Underwater close visual inspection with -certified divers and CSWIP/PCN level engineers to assess integrity of structural members, welds and critical components.

NDT

Non Destructive Testing

Subsea NDT: ultrasonic (UT), magnetic particle (MPI), radiography, ACFM. Evaluation of fatigue, corrosion, cracking and wall thickness loss.

FMD

Flooded Member Detection

Detection of flooded members via gamma radiography or ultrasonic techniques. Early identification of structural damage in critical subsea members.

UT

Ultrasonic Thickness

Ultrasonic wall thickness measurement on jackets, risers, caissons, conductors and other structures. Detailed metal-loss mapping and corrosion reporting.

CP

Cathodic Protection Survey

Cathodic protection system evaluation: CP potential measurements, field gradient, sacrificial anode assessment and ICCP system performance.

MGR

Marine Growth Removal

Subsea biofouling removal via hydroblasting, rotary brushes and cutters. Surface preparation for NDT or hydrodynamic load reduction on the structure.

SIA

Structural Integrity Assessment

Structural integrity analysis with in-situ survey, correlation with as-built drawings, and remaining life evaluation. Certified technical recommendations.

WLD

Underwater Welding and Repair

Hyperbaric and wet underwater welding for structural repairs, clamps, doublers and reinforcements. certified personnel.

ROV

ROV Inspection

Remotely operated vehicle inspection for hard-to-reach areas, deep water, and operations where human diving is not viable or cost-effective.
