At Corporativo Costa Afuera (COCOA) we execute complete construction, rehabilitation and extension projects on wharves for commercial ports, touristic marinas, industrial terminals and offshore service wharves.
We combine our own pile driving equipment, concrete plant, work barge, survey vessel and professional diving under a single technical chain of command. Our client signs with an integrated contractor, not with the coordination of multiple subcontractors.

COCOA was founded by Eng. Ricardo Lorenzo Vazquez Adame, a pioneer of Mexican subsea engineering. In 1979 he led the operations that trained the first 15 professional commercial divers in the country, laying the technical foundations we apply on every COCOA port project today.
